Nordic Walking

Another day with my new Nordic Walking group around the nature reserve. We stopped to feed the robins and a few photos here and there.

I did a food shop on the way home, had lunch with Alan and then popped out again as he wanted some draught excluder. It’s actuality for the vents in the windows which get quite draughty in the winter.

Tonight I’ve been to Yvonne’s for a curry and Prosecco - the perfect start to my birthday weekend :-)

The care home called to say that mum seemed better today, but that the doctor is going to carry out a few tests , so that’s good news
