Marigold

The Resident Gardener rescued this marigold from the street, someone having thrown it out. Can you believe it? Anyway, it was a poor bedraggled thing, not worth a glance really, but as usual M worked his magic and before long it developed this vibrant colour and a look of lushness. It looks luminous in the evening light.
