Donkeys

This morning I did the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch and notched up 12 species which is about average for this time of year. No sign of the usual flock of long tailed tits or the recent blackcap, but we did have a coal tit and collared dove which are not so frequent. 
After doing the weekly shop, the hoovering and cleaning of the bathrooms we went out for a short walk locally again, mainly to see if we could find the yellowhammers as I wanted to blip them, but they were nowhere to be seen today. Instead we have a couple of donkeys...
