Lodger the Dodger

Here's the school travelling ted, Denis Ted Bear to give him his full title, helping Katie with painting her room. D Bear has been with us for the school holidays and frankly hasn't pulled his weight. Long walks, trying on other bears' clothes, playing football... Well it's been quite a holiday for Mr Bear. So today I made him some overalls as a subtle hint and he finally earned all those crusts. Just as well.

Back to school tomorrow. We've had a great Easter, even if it was a bit cold the sun has been out this week and we've made the most of it. Lots of housework too, and after all our re-arranging and DIY, the house is beginning to feel like a home instead of a building with our stuff in it. The attic is fuller than ever though, so I'm a bit worried the house is top-heavy and will topple over in the next strong wind!
