In the spotlight!

Blowing a hoolie today! I nearly got blown away when I topped up the bird food this morning! Wasn't expecting it quite as strong as this ..... no warning on the local forecast last evening!

Hope you all have your hatches well battened down!

With it being so windy a walk today did not seem to be an appealing prospect ..... I would prefer to remain upright today! It is supposed be calmer tomorrow .... unless they've got that wrong too!

The birds have spent most of the day hunkered down out of the wind ...... sensible but not helpful for the bird count  ...... wonder if somebody told them it was this weekend?!

Spotted the sunlight shining through these new leaves ....... thought they looked rather pretty & would make a good blip ..... hope you like them :-)
