What a grumpy sparrow.

I've been blipping birds a lot recently but it is the Big Garden Birdcount today. I've seen nothing of any great interest:

House sparrows
Dunnocks
Starlings
Robins
Blackbirds
Bluetits
Wood pigeon

No lovely finches at all today. Swizz. On the upside I did wordle in three this morning which I thought was good going, given the word.

We're in the calm before another storm. Our daughter usually comes for dinner on Sunday evenings but because of the forecast we've changed that to Sunday brunch. There's lots going on in the kitchen. I'm hoping to get out for a dry walk after eating all that food. Then batten down the hatches.
