Lunch...

Decided to try out one of those Bertolli frozen dinners for lunch - I was craving shrimp, but didnt quite feel like cooking. It was actually very good - shrimp, asparagus, roasted red peppers, cherry tomatoes...all in a basil/white wine sauce. I was impressed. Vegetables tasted fresh and still had a crisp, pasta was al dente. Great lunch. More close-ups on Flickr.

Watching basketball finals this afternoon - looking good, things might just go my way this season! Looking like it's going to be Atlanta and Cleveland Thursday night. Yes, I know, I'm a sports junkie! ;)
