Not sure

I’ve painted the study ‘India yellow’ by Farrow and Ball and think it’s a bit too intense. I’ve put stuff back but think I’m going to paint it an off white above the beam…even on the website it said it can be a bit intense in a small room and even though this room isn’t small it is dark,  lit by only two velux windows and overhung with trees.  Poor friend Chris who painted it!  New samples incoming!
