The Jefferson Memorial

The Jefferson Memorial at the Tidal Basin in Washington, DC about 30 minutes before sunrise.   It was very cold with temps hovering around15F/-9.5C. With wind chills near zero, I lasted about 15 minutes before my fingers stopped working (cold and numb) and called it a day.
