My friend K and I have been shopping for R this morning and sitting with B this afternoon.  He's  having a reasonably good day and it was lovely to be able to share memories with him. His Carers are so brilliant and are looking after him beautifully.

Grateful for many things and another sunny day, wind still strong though.
