Vegetable Soup

Made in the thermomix - an eye wateringly expensive piece of kitchen tech which is great for soup... and lots of other things.  Can be spotted in the background of TV cooking shows the likes of Masterchef.

I bought if for Martin Christmas 2020 and despite his initial reservations he now uses it all the time.

PS. That particular present exceeded by 10 times the usual Christmas budget, especially as it was a complete surprise - I'm not usually so reckless.
