Early walk

Met up with 4 other ladies in the village this morning, and walked through the fields below St Ives Estate, crossing to Beckfoot and across the golf course into Cottingley Woods. The forecast hadn’t been good but it was glorious whilst we were walking, the sun rising up from behind the clouds. Not a good shot - too much sun flare, but a shot I took slightly earlier was all blurred. Lovely to see deer nearby even though not near enough for a good photo.  I rarely see them so nice to see a herd of them.  Back to the village and after getting changed went to Tittle Tattle coffee morning.  Heard today that the local coffee shop was selling the outdoor furniture, so I wondered about their future - however, better news in the village later is that they are just replacing the furniture with some they can leave outside all the time. Good to know the business is continuing.
