Wiltshire Horn Sheep

Today on my walk I passed a paddock with some Wiltshire Horn sheep in - they are a ‘rare breed’ although becoming less so and one of the local farmers keeps a flock of them. I did buy some ‘mutton’ from him a little while ago - and the meat is really nice. I just loved this one laying down and watching the world go by. The horns grow quite quickly into magnificent spirals. They are special as they do not need shearing - the fleece falls away naturally.

A lot of time today was spent doing another Wasgij puzzle… almost finished it.
