Spring-like

I made my trip up to Lynnwood this morning, and it turned out that my current CPap mask just needed to be refitted and tightened up so I can keep using it.  So I don't have to switch to a more cumbersome mask.

On my way back home, I stopped in at Central Market for a flower photo and to buy a small gift for a very helpful neighbor down the hall.  She always brings my packages up for me and even carried a big heavy one into the apartment once.  I got her some chocolates, which I will give her tomorrow.

I had physical therapy at 5:00, and found it energizing rather than tiring, which was good.  Now it's dinner and an early bed (if I can get myself to do it.)  I hope all of you had equally satisfying days.
