Awful...

After a rather dull desk bound day reading case papers, I thought I better go and reacquaint myself with G-Y-M x

Me and Gym have an on off relationship, ......it's still very off for me to be fair. I thought I better give it another go though to save myself from having to spend all my money on bigger clothes x

Suffice to say Gym was hard work after my leave of absence.....

The bald head on the right just in shot is not leaning on the machine crying, he was fixing one of the treadmills.............. brilliant......this means no excuses about not being able to get on a machine :(
