Twice on a day

I attended my regular Eucharist service this morning in the Abbey, with the addition of singing the National Anthem to mark the 70th anniversary of Her Majesty’s Accession to the throne. Tonight a special choral evensong was held to celebrate this momentous occasion.

Can you imagine 70 years in the same job, one you didn’t ask to get, continuously in the spotlight and every move of you and your family scrutinised?
No thanks .I think she’s amazing as a person and role model regardless of your politics.
