If you can't beat them...

Iris reticulata "Katharine Hodgkin"

On our last visit to a garden centre we bought some varieties of Iris reticulata.  I haven't until today felt like trying to blip them, I knew I would find a group of three difficult.  I was right!

If you like Irises I am sure you will have come across reticulata before, it is a dwarf variety about 15 cm (6") in height.  Flowering at this time of the year they provide a lovely splash of colour either in an alpine border of in containers.
