Torness

Rosemary had a lunchtime cross-country so we headed with the dog to meet Izzy for our lift there. 

It was freezing. Despite this fact, and that Rosemary had just done a tough race, they headed for a swim in the sea! I was on the beach wearing six layers and was still freezing!

The good news was that we had an amazing lunch in Haddington afterwards.
