CAMELLIA japonica?

No, that was a trick question. There is a
house Angus & I pass with gorgeous
pink CAMELLIAS. We went there today & I took several photos with plans to post it.

As we walked away, I saw this small
succulent tucked into a shelf. In the distance, behind it is a hiking trail that I
have posted in the past. So there was a change of plans…

The landscaping crew arrived at 7:30 sharp to convert my sprinklers to drip irrigation & assess my current outdoor lights. The landscaper sent me a list of potential plants
& we discussed them. On Thursday a masonry guy is coming to help me decide
on a stepping stone design.

I’m excited we are finally getting started.
