Radio Silence...

Quiet one today with the sceptic of a few snarky e mails that wouldn't take no for an answer. Think I got there in the end but may have come across rude to my clients, not a single care given...no means no regardless of how much downward pressure is applied, I've learnt not to make promises I or the team can't fulfil.
