Winter Aconite

Thanks to the mild, sunny weather yesterday, many spring flowers were lured out of hiding. I was happy to see these colourful winter aconite flowers near my mother's house, when I arrived there with her weekly grocery shopping this morning. 

As you can see, it rained today, and the temperature dropped again, so the flowers remained closed.
