Melting

Another above freezing winter day has been enjoyed by all! Melting snow, dripping rooftops and shrinking snowbanks are visible everywhere. Of course it all refreezes overnight so one must be extra cautious early mornings and late afternoons. It’s an adventure just going to and from the mailbox or car but so far so good. No falls • Before a Post Office visit and grocery shopping we stopped at The Boat Landing and saw absolutely nothing at all. Rather disappointing • Afternoon clouds have replaced our lovely sun as a small rain or snow shower moves through. Two more mild days are forecasted before we return to reality • The Olympic Games have been so fun to watch :)
