Adults!

All four of the artichoke praying mantis gang appeared today, which was a surprise. I’d seen only one nymph for more than a week. An even bigger surprise was that two of them have reached adulthood. One did so only this morning by the look of her. A couple of hours later the rumples were smoothed out and she looked rather grand. The one on the left has a bend in the lower wingcases and that may be permanent.  The other two are still nymphs. See extra shot. The nymph on the right does not seem so far advanced as the other. I suspect all are females.
