Zucchini “Pasta”

My favourite meal is my own homemade tomato and vegetable sauce on real Italian tagliatelle. Lately, however, I’ve been using spiralized zucchini instead of pasta and I prefer it. I’m going to be sad when the zucchini plants cease production.
