Cold War Bunker

FRIDAY

It was  just below freezing when I headed out into the mist and over the top of Norland Moor. The sun managed to break through in places but in the main it was cold and murky. The puddles on the moor were iced over. I ran past the abandoned civil defence bunker near Gallows Pole Hill - I have blipped it before but this morning it looked quite eerie in the mist.

I covered 7.75 km in 47 mins.

I stayed indoors the rest of the day.

Worrying information on the news about the Russia - Ukraine crisis. Now sounding like an invasion may imminent. I can't remember when I last heard any really good news on TV.
