Good weather for mushrooms

These were not to be seen on Friday but after nearly 98 mms of rain on Friday they had popped up on Saturday morning.   I have never seen so many in my garden before which I put down to our wet Summer.  We were only talking yesterday about how it didn't seem like we had had a Summer this year.  No stinking hot days, just constant yucky humidity and plenty of rain, not that I am complaining about the rain.  Quite different to the West Coast.  Certainly a La Nina year.
