In a highly entertaining but brief and singularly noisy confrontation between dish and cutlery basket, the latter won!

With an amazing spurt of power and dexterity, the basket hurled the poor dish from the confines of the dishwasher onto the unforgiving tiled floor.

The dish carried off on a stretcher to be retired. No scans were necessary to see the extent of the career limiting damage caused. No amount of surgery was going to get any function back.
