Telephone Boxes

A week or two ago I was talking about the fact that although our post boxes are blue we do have one that is maroon. It is painted that colour because that was the original colour of British post boxes and ours is the oldest post box in the British Isles still in daily use; though it does have a very small aperture for letters!
Blue post boxes reminded me that our phone kiosks were yellow and these two are at the bus terminus. 
The Co-op didn’t have any goats milk this morning but joy of joys they have Walkers Square Crisps!
