Ravens

Big bird day at our daughter's house on the Black Isle. The 2 ravens were visiting the bird table for the suet blocks.They are huge birds with really big businesslike beaks. The feathers have a beautiful blue gleam. The raven photos are a mix of through the kitchen window and in the back garden. In the extra the gull was eyeing everything with an air of disdain from the chimney pot. There were 2 red kites circling but alas they were too far away for a good shot. There was a short but brilliant sunset as we drove home which I snapped through the car windscreen.
