Lily the Pink

A swift blip taken ahead of an evening judging.  I was given some flowers for my birthday over a  week ago and, generally, they are still going strong.  The roses are definitely past their best but the lilies just bursting into bloom; definitely worth a bit of photography - this one using my Lensbaby Velvet 56.

I joined my own club after judging and just caught the end of the evening so I'll be interested to see the recording tomorrow (perhaps not the parts where my own images are discussed!)
