Dudley

Drop off and now a day at home for me working away on volunteer projects. Waiting on Storm Dudley to arrive, we have an amber warning of winds which always makes me feel anxious. We are surrounded by very big, old trees who don’t like gusts of wind from unusual directions. I’ve charged up all the head torches and devices, brought logs in for the fire and put my candles and matches out in case of another power cut. Here’s a blip of Jess being a good girl next to me whilst I work. The stem in a pot by the window is in fact my beloved avocado plant who was a bit dramatic over winter and lost nearly all it’s leaves, I’ve put it in the window to get more light and it’s already got new shoots up the whole stem.
