Quiet

Abstract Thursday (tag AT347) with thanks to Ingeborg for curating, is on a theme of monochrome and was a perfect prompt for me today, deliberately spent quietly in recovery mode.  Wonderful sunshine but I didn't venture out. Bro called by for an hour and dinner before going out with mates, otherwise I am all the company I need today.
