Dudley has downed a dead ornamental crab apple tree in the garden. MrQ has been wielding his chain saw, which is a bit worrying.

Strangely mild, sunny and still here today. I suppose it's the calm before the storm. Ollie dog and I walked around Seventy Acres Lake after lunch. As we were standing on the bridge I spotted this pair of mallards below.
