Cooking and book-making

My poached egg tea last night did for my front tooth. I now look more witchy than ever. My dentist will see me in a month.

While Mr C drove the van to Morpeth for its MOT I decided to take advantage of the blustery wet day and have a morning on the computer sorting out my cookbook.

Some recipes had not been photographed which gave me the opportunity to make them again. The top of the blip is the ingredients for Walnut and Sundried Tomato Pesto, with the result on the bottom. It’s nice with pasta and can be frozen. I also made a Dorset Apple cake and Courgette Fritters.

It’s been a lovely relaxing day.
