Sgwarnog: In the Field

Kyboshed

Storm Eunice kyboshed my travel plans; a rail journey to Wales wasn’t feasible when all trains there were suspended, and in any case wasn’t sensible. I’ll see if I can get down tomorrow morning instead.

We’re north of the worst of the storm, but it was still blustery out there. There was quite a bit of wildlife about though, including a couple of Roe Deer and a low flying Buzzard. The deer paused long enough for a photo through the vegetation.

The beck was spilling over, and Red Brick Dam was the highest it’s been this winter.
