Sheep May Safely Graze

Having been told by Western Power that last night’s power cut might not be sorted out until 6pm this evening, Tess & I camped out in the living room, Tess on the sofa where she has been able to sleep more comfortably since she broke her arm and me on a camp bed.

We were delighted to be woken up at 2am by the lights coming back on! We still woke up early again in time to watch the men’s curling final on TV, so we’ve both been feeling a bit washed out all day. A good job that both the Park Run and Yeovil’s home game against Dagenham we’re called off due to the weather.

The rain stopped for long enough this afternoon for us to take our regular Saturday afternoon stroll with Chris. These sheep were making the most of the sunshine and lull in the blustery wind.
