Beauty is all around us.

Three daffodils in a little crystal vase.

It is raining here and this photo was captured yesterday but it is my best effort. The snow has disappeared and thankfully there are no signs close to home, of detriment due to storm damage.
I read the new feed so I know the storm caused ruin to many roofs and roads and life was mortified for our precious dear ones in the UK. It will have got people thinking how can we act if it all, God forbid, happens again. How can we help the shocked, storm battered and temporarily homeless ones?
Maria travelled home Saturday on the train and now she and Paul are travelling by car to Reigate to be with a group of the extended family and friends who will give a Catholic farewell to Paul's Mother. It is a very sad time but only God understands each one's grief and faith in His Mercy.
Your kind prayers are all welcome.
I am staying home with Arthur our dear cat as there is no one else who can help him, as he yowls loudly and wakes up 6am. Very needy and so loving. Also, I am not good at car travel. I am even worse emotionally at a funeral. The weather was another big concern as Storm Frankland is the storm impact for Cumbria and Lancashire.
Staying prayerful and hoping to not have a power cut.
Thanks for visiting today. Stay safe.
