Portrait in a Shelter

The wind continued to howl along the coast when we visited this morning.  But we were quite content to walk and breathe the hectic and salty air;  I could even stop worrying about my camera as I now have one that's weather-resistant.

But as I passed the shelter on the front this gentleman standing there prompted me to ask him for a portrait.  He kindly agreed, but the asked me why; he turned out to be a keen photographer, albeit lapsed.  I told him about the competition (Gothic, or something) with the Bridport Camera Club and then about Blipfoto.  So perhaps he'll consider joining either, or both.

I then caught up with Mrs B, who had not hung around,  to view the waves pounding the groyne – Extra.
