Sgwarnog: In the Field

Tea

A quiet corner of the stadium concourse at Valley Parade. Other (open) tea bars were available.

This evening’s visitors were Harrogate Town, neighbours who have managed to beat City on each occasion that they’ve met since their elevation to the Football League two seasons ago. City are in between managers again - not since 2016-17 have they managed to get through a season without sacking the incumbent.

City took an early lead, a nice effort from Everton academy product Matty Foulds, but Town drew level seconds before half-time. Harrogate were a constant threat with rapid counter-attacks, and scored two more in the second half to secure the win.

Bradford City - a club in need of refreshments.
