Petal waves

Another close-up shot of the one big tulip in the latest bouquet, as you can see there’s quite a bit of change in colour since last Sunday. But as much as I like the colour change it’s the wave-like shape and texture of the petals that I like most. 

Finally we had some sun and good light today, but there was no time to take advantage of the better weather as practically the whole family is down with a stomach flu.
