This is as good as it'll get today I think. When I made the birthday cake the other day there was a bit too much, so I made a couple of fairy cakes. I ate one yesterday and there were little flour lumps in it... oh no, I didn't seive it! So I'm making another :-(

Later I've got a routine mammogram appointment, not anyone's favourite thing, and if I've got time I'll catch the bus to save parking problems. 

Later still I've got a list of last minute tasks, then early to bed because it'll be an early start!

Edit: it turned out that I was a month early for my mammogram. When I rang to change the original appointment because I'd got covid, I just assumed that the new one was for this month!
