S(l)ick

Feeling coldy all day. I had thought that the general snottiness and coughing had been caused by the mortar-dust at the dig last week, but it looks like my respiritory tract is full of germs.
I was supposed to go to donate a pint of blood today, but it was not to be... made to feel even more like a dereliction of duty by the fact that there was a phone-message left by the Transfusion Service saying that they were desperate for O neg blood :(
I had a quick stagger out to the river, only to discover some idiot had spilled a load of oil :((((
