A two photo day, the other one was very similar to this. Today’s animal drama was Maddie managing to get a piece of bracken up her nose, realised quickly that something was wrong and caught hold of her and the end of it and pulled. It kept on coming, probably about four inches long, caused her nose to bleed, and she couldn’t stop sneezing so needless to say blood sprayed everywhere. She seemed to recover pretty quickly but will be keeping an eye on her to make sure it doesn’t cause an infection.

M safely home and had a hassle free journey, for which we were both very grateful.

I’d say have a peaceful weekend but that seems trite and insensitive as the news from Ukraine gets more and more grim.
