Lovely but very long bike ride!

Been glued to the news all afternoon, what the hell is going on……

I have travelled extensively all over Russia, the Ukraine and neighbouring countries including Belarus, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, et cetera et cetera, I just can’t believe this. Kiev is one of my favourite cities, it is absolutely stunning. Like all these dreadful situations the people I have met in these countries are wonderful, why are there a few powerful idiots ruining everybody’s lives?
