My bike is still not right after it’s service and Max called the shop and then had to suffer the indignity of riding it down there, he took the basket off so it wasn’t quite as embarrassing as it could’ve been LOL.

I went to Lidl and my back suddenly went into spasm, I think I overdid the cycling yesterday, so annoying, I’ve spent most of the day watching TV.

This morning Zebedee and his friend Cameron took a load of junk to the dump, an old microwave, a mattress, all blinds et cetera, good to get it all out of the way!
