Pink Pussy Willows

Many of the catkins on this Salix Gracilistyla have lost much of their pink colour but with a bit of twisting and turning I found a couple with enough pink left.

I’m never very lucky at finding lambs in fields where there is a suitable stopping place. We did spot some lambs today but they were just a bit far away from the fence. Can you see the wee black legs hiding behind one of the mums?
