Whose side is time on?

A rather large Sundial whose accuracy seems to be quite reasonable as the picture info tells me I took the shot at 14:39 so the dial maybe a little slow! ;-)
The Extra is "Reflections of a friend" who was having a good time as we had completed his walk and I decided to stroll through the town to take a few shots for todays Blip and although I decided on the Sundial I couldn't leave him out.
