CALIFORNIA WILD FLOWER

This is the first wild LUPINE I have
seen this year. They are so pretty
when growing en masse on a hillside.

I have heard they are blooming on the trails near my my house; but, this LUPINE was growing in a flower bed, thriving on neglect, in a nearby neighborhood.

I hope it is the first of many I see this
spring.
