“Just a tiny scratch” is what they say.  Well being stabbed with a needle is not being scratched.  Being stabbed may be a bit over the top, but being pricked isn’t.  The ‘dressing’ makes it look as if there has been a major operation.
 
Telephone consultation with the doctor this morning, and an immediate order of ultrasound and x-rays and blood was made.  There was a cancelled blood-test in under an hour from phoning, so this is the result.  The Ws are not in the best of working order at the moment.
