The orange tree

I still have not got used to seeing orange trees in people’s gardens, although we are a little far north for them. I did the market shopping in the morning and bought some mussels. I don’t think I will buy any more as only Spanish and Italian ones seem to be available now which do not have as good flavour. I did buy a very large monkfish which I have now cubed and should do four or five meals.Tonight it will be a light coconut fish curry. I went along to the French conversation group in the afternoon and we sat out in the sun but the clouds rolled in later on and it became quite chilly. The weather is due to turn and I expect we will get some much needed rain.
